Virtual 15-minute meeting
This is your first entry point to joining. You will get to describe your needs from a health team and learn how the care through our Optimum program can help you. No official medical advice is provided at this appointment, and both parties can choose whether or not to commit to working together.

Two 50-minute visits to establish the base of your personalized health plan
These extended-length appointments will give you more time with a doctor than you are used to. You will undergo a comprehensive assessment. A large amount of information will come out of this intake, and you will have the time to establish the base of a strong therapeutic relationship.

Ongoing visits with your Medify doctor and health coach
Your doctor and health coach will continually track and monitor your health throughout the year. This will include quarterly comprehensive assessment and imaging, referrals, prescriptions, and lifestyle advice guided by your health needs.
