We understand that different patients have different healthcare needs and preferences, which is why we also ofter the optimum program to suit your individual goals.
At Medify, we offer private health care plans for patients who are looking for additional benefits and services beyond what is covered by your government plan.
With this program, you can enjoy a range of benefits that are specifically designed to promote optimal health and wellness, including access to a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are focused on providing personalized care and treatment.
Your annual fee will give you access to longer doctor visits, health optimization advice, health coaching, advanced diagnostics, educational seminars, and more. Once we build a medically supervised care plan, we add the important layer of ongoing accountability with our health coach.

Optimizing your

15 min meet and greet
This is your first entry point to joining. You will get to describe your needs from a health team and learn how the care through our Optimum program can help you. No official medical advice is provided at this appointment, and both parties can choose whether or not to commit to working together.

Two 50-minute visits to establish the base of your customized health plan
These extended-length appointments will give you more time with a doctor than you are used to. You will undergo extensive lab testing. A large amount of information will come out of this intake, and you will have the time to establish the base of a strong therapeutic relationship.

Ongoing visits with your Medify doctor and health coach
Your doctor and health coach will continually track and monitor your health throughout the year. This will include quarterly lab testing and imaging, referrals, prescriptions, and lifestyle advice guided by your health needs.
